Promotional Terms and Conditions

The following Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all offers, campaigns, and bonuses made available by MAS9 through the official website www.mas9my.online (“MAS9”), unless otherwise stated in specific promotional rules.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, account, IP address, payment method, device, and/or shared environment (such as offices or internet cafés).

1.2 Players may only join one promotion at any given time. Any active promotion must be completed, forfeited, or expired before enrolling in another.

1.3 Promotions are designed for genuine recreational play. MAS9 reserves the right to restrict or deny eligibility at its sole discretion.

1.4 Employees, affiliates, and related parties of MAS9, as well as their family members, are not eligible for promotions.

1.5 Promotions may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Players are responsible for confirming their eligibility according to local laws and MAS9’s General Terms.

2. Verification

2.1 MAS9 may verify Player information using name, contact details, payment method, IP address, or other relevant identifiers.

2.2 Proof of identity (e.g., passport, ID card, or utility bill) may be required before releasing bonus funds or winnings.

2.3 Incomplete or inaccurate verification may result in disqualification from promotions and forfeiture of any winnings.

3. Bonus and Wagering Rules

3.1 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (“Wagering Requirements”), which must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

3.2 Wagering requirements begin once the bonus has been credited to the Player’s MAS9 account.

3.3 Bonuses and winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within thirty (30) days or within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion.

3.4 Withdrawals requested before meeting the requirements will be declined. A withdrawal is only possible after completion.

3.5 Bets that qualify toward wagering must be settled. The following do not contribute:

  • Voided, cancelled, or drawn bets
  • Bets placed at odds lower than 1.50 (Decimal) or equivalent in other formats
  • Opposing bets on the same event

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Abuse of promotions is strictly forbidden. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Registering multiple accounts
  • Arbitrage or hedge betting strategies
  • Use of automated tools, scripts, or software
  • Deliberate delay or misuse of free spins/features to maximize advantage

4.2 MAS9 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected abuse or irregular betting activity.

5. Rights of MAS9

5.1 MAS9 reserves the right to:

  • Amend, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time
  • Exclude any Player from promotional participation
  • Request additional identification documents
  • Charge administrative fees in cases of abuse or unusual activity

5.2 All decisions made by MAS9 in relation to promotions and bonuses are final and binding.

5.3 In case of translation discrepancies, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

6. Compliance and Disputes

6.1 Promotions are valid only where legally permitted. Players must ensure that their participation is lawful.

6.2 MAS9 complies with licensing and regulatory obligations and will restrict participation from prohibited regions.

6.3 By participating, Players confirm their compliance with local laws and regulations.

6.4 In the event of disputes, MAS9’s decision is considered final.
